In the left corner we have Neutrogena's Rapid Clear 2 in 1 Fight & Fade gel, weighing in at .5 oz and costing about $10. It packs quite the punch with 2% salicylic acid. In the other corner, we have MaryKay's acne treatment gel, outweighing its opponent at a whole 1 fluid ounce. It fights with 5% benzoyl peroxide.
So, who will win this epic battle??
Personally, I think Neutrogena's gel works faster at getting rid of pesky zits, but I wouldn't rule out Mary Kay's gel because it seems more gentle. Plus, it costs only $7 and gives you twice the product.
My overall review is that if you have a zit you need rid of fast, use Neutrogena, but for acne prevention, you may want to opt for the gentler Mary Kay product.
Good luck and hopefully, this finds your face "facing" summer with more grace and pose than mine!
